Empowering Style is a labor of love and service. My name is Kelly Whetstone. I am a meditation teacher, Feng Shui practitioner, a faux and decorative painter and a watercolor artist. I work with energy and I know the importance of creating a sacred space in your home. To feel safe and supported where you live has everything to do with your success in the world. Color, texture, sound and scent add to the experience of sanctuary and refuge. When your home is your sanctuary you are healed and rejuvenated just by being there and you take that positive effect with you out into the world. I have chosen products that appeal to the senses and thereby bring you into the present moment and give you respite from the demands of the world.
Empowering Style is a woman owned and operated business. The site, Empowering Style.com is a joint effort with my wonderful husband, Chanan. I do the creative fun stuff like finding product and figuring out how I want the site to look and feel and he is the technical guru with the patience of a saint that pulls it off. I am very grateful to him.

My mission is also to provide information to you to make your life better because it may offer a new way of looking at things. A new awareness. You are the creator of your life with your thoughts, words, actions and expectations. Thoughts are as real as the chair you are sitting on and they can be scientifically measured. Thoughts are creative. So when you think something empowers you it does. It is all a matter of intention.
When you imbue something with an intention you set its energetic vibration and that is what it attracts. Say prosperity is your intention. Prosperity is what you want to bring into your life. As a symbol of creating prosperity you buy a prosperity candle and decide to feel prosperous every time you light it. The more you light it the easier it gets to feel prosperous and pretty soon that feeling becomes a part of your experience whether the candle is lit or not. When you feel prosperous your vibration becomes prosperity and you begin to attract prosperity. The candle is just the catalyst, the object of your intention. It doesn’t bring you prosperity you do by changing your expectation. Any of our products that make you happy allow you to change your experience and attract happiness. It is universal law. It is simple and it’s all about how you feel.
